This is our first article on Caseificio Paestum’s brand new Blog. 

So, why not start talking about our traditions and mission as we are proud to be an Italian Food representative in the country of  Milk and Cheese! 

Our dairy production fulfills in the respect of old artisan traditions basing on the exclusive use of 100% local cow’s milk, coming from the best cattle-sheds of Netherland. All of this, together with the family-run character of the company, grants a special attention to the product and is a guarantee of its genuineness and typicality.

The culture and passion which we have always put into our work encourage us to progress constantly in the name of innovation and quality of our cheeses.

With the respect to the territory and with the aim of enhance typical productions, our cheese factory has always chosen to give value to the short distribution chain directly from the manufacturer to the final consumer.

Genuineness and typicality of our products, together with the courtesy to our customers, are the basics of our company philosophy.
